Returns and Refunds Policy.
All sales are final. ZirconiaMIlling.com will issue no refunds, credits, remakes, returns or exchanges for the products sold on this website or as a result of viewing this website. The products sold on this website are custom fabricated, utilizing the digital cad/cam design files and specifications supplied by the purchaser. As such, ZirconiaMilling.com does not guarantee the workmanship or suitability of such designs or specifications. The purchaser is solely responsible for the quality, suitability, and integrity of the finished product. ZirconiaMilling.com, at its sole discretion, will remake any product that is received by the purchaser with a manufacturing defect (as opposed to a design defect) such as a milling defect, if notified of such defect within 30 days of receipt of the product. Requests for remakes must be made by emailing orders@zirconiamilling.com . Do not enter a new order for a remake request. Return of the original product may be required for evaluation. If a remake is granted, the remake will be fabricated using the original cad/cam design files currently on file. Any remake request accompanied by revised or modified cad/cam design files, or other specification changes from the original order, will be considered a new order. New orders must be submitted via our website and will be billed at current product pricing.
